Hi, I'm Joy, owner of UXcel Consulting. I was a
tech sales executive for 20+ years with Fortune
500 clients before being laid off due to COVID-19.
Instead of going back to the corporate world, I was taken under the wings of a very experienced automotive executive recruiter who taught me and mentored me on how to spot the best talent. Additionally, being in a sales role prior allowed me to interact and work with different business groups within a company. This experience enabled me to gain insights into types of leader and team player a company needs to succeed in various functions.
